Chanel Obsession

English Of The New Era

It just annoys me when people use "text messages language" in business writing. I'm like what the hell is happening?! I don't understand why anyone would use it in writing emails to colleagues or bosses! We should have the ability to switch from text mode to proper business English in such instances. Using short forms is annoying to me even in text messages. Imagine..cya l8r, miz ya, gurl...Oh my God....such an eyesore to read!

Daily bag I lug. Simple black bag that's roomy. Nothing fancy so even if it rains, I don't care if it gets wet. :P

My french manicure 3 days ago. I kinda have an obsession with manicures and I have my nails done every week. Not the same colors of course! This pic was taken in very bad lighting - you can see my hand was darker.

My french manicure now! Aargh the french tips are mostly chipped due to way many hand activities! LOL

Color Of The Year Is Blue

I gotta admit that I never really fancy blue. However lately, I've been seeing a trend of blue in home decor that make me fall in love with this color! Hopefully, I can start project 'Blue' for my bedroom soon...actually I'm pretty excited. I'll work on my closet and dresser and have blue/grey accents all over my bedroom. My current color palette for my room is white/pale pink/grey. Below are some of the photos I found online that got me all inspired! This project 'Blue' will take months to complete...I'll post photos on the final look.

Very First Attempted Floral Arrangement

I love fresh blooms and thus far I never mix different blooms in my floral arrangements. I went to the florist and as usual I got excited and bought more than I should. Or maybe not? Anyways, love the end result. Glad nothing were wasted in the end. =)
