It was raining heavily and I thought that would make a lovely evening. My sister and I were hungry so I suggested to prepare something to eat. Have not had squid-ink linguine for ages! I know this is an acquired taste for some. It looked black and not appetizing but wait till you smell and taste it! I love all sorts of pastas and this style is one of them. I had used chicken breasts, sausages, green peppers, chilli and onions for my version.
We also went with some fried potato wedges and boy we sure were so full!
